- Driver requirements
- The minimum age is 18 years for most cars (21 or 25 for some premium models, as shown on each car). A valid driving licence and a passport or identity card are required at pickup.
- Insurance
- Every car is equipped with Kasko insurance with 70–80% coverage. Full protection (zero excess) can be added when booking. Damage caused by negligence, driving under the influence or breaking traffic law is not covered.
- Territory
- The car is primarily for use within the Republic of Albania. Cross-border travel is allowed to Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Croatia. For other countries you must provide full details of your trip and obtain approval from our office. A Green Card must be purchased at the first border checkpoint when leaving Albania; the company is not responsible for issues related to a missing Green Card or with authorities of other countries.
- Deposit & payment
- No warranty deposit is required. You can pay at pickup in cash or by card, or online by card when booking. Online payments are only charged once the booking is confirmed.
- Mileage & fuel
- All rentals include unlimited kilometres. The car must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup; missing fuel is charged at the current pump price.
- Late return
- Rental days are counted in 24-hour periods from the pickup time. Returns up to 59 minutes late are free; after that an additional day is charged.
- Cancellation
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge online up to 24 hours before pickup. For later changes, contact us 24/7.
- Vehicle
- Pictures are for illustration. You will receive the model shown or a similar car of the same category.
- Traffic fines & tolls
- The renter is responsible for traffic fines, parking fines and tolls incurred during the rental (e.g. the A1 Durrës–Kukës motorway toll).

- What do I need to pick up the car?
- A valid driving licence and your passport or ID card. You upload both when you book, so pickup takes just a few minutes.
- Do I need a credit card or a deposit?
- No. You can pay cash or by card when you collect the car, and we don't block a deposit. If you prefer, you can also pay online when booking and save on the rental price.
- What is the minimum driver age?

- Can I drive to Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia or Croatia?
- Yes. Add the cross-border permit when booking (or ask us). A Green Card must be purchased at the first border checkpoint when leaving Albania. For other countries, contact us for approval first.
- What insurance is included?
- Every car includes Kasko insurance with 70–80% coverage. You can upgrade to Full protection with zero excess during booking.
- How does airport pickup work?
- We have two desks at Tirana International Airport — inside the terminal and at the airport parking. Add your flight number and we'll track delays; call or WhatsApp us when you land.
- Can I cancel or change my booking?
- Yes. Cancel free of charge online up to 24 hours before pickup from the Manage booking page, or contact us 24/7 to make changes.
- When is my booking confirmed?
- Our team checks availability and confirms by email, usually within the hour — 24/7. If you paid online, your card is only charged once we confirm.
