How we handle your data
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, country, date of birth, flight number, booking details and copies of your driving licence and passport/ID card.
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your rental, verify your identity and eligibility to drive, comply with Albanian rental and insurance regulations, and contact you about your booking.
How documents are protected
Identity documents are stored in private, encrypted storage. They are only accessible to authorised staff through our backoffice and are never shared publicly.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Emails
We send transactional emails about your booking (confirmation, changes, reminders). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Retention
Booking records are kept as required by accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete documents after your rental is completed.
